You are responsible for the files you upload and the rights needed to use them. Do not upload artwork, logos, photos, fonts, marks, or other content unless you have permission to process and print it.

You keep ownership of your artwork. By uploading a file, you give the service the limited permission needed to scan, process, prepare, store, preview, generate reports for, and deliver the file back to you or to people you choose to share it with.

AI Print Ready Files helps prepare files and reduce common technical rejection risks. It does not guarantee that every printer, platform, material, press, cutter, or finishing workflow will accept or perfectly reproduce a file.

Preflight reports, DPI checks, color handling, vector suitability, bleed, crop marks, and export formats are practical production aids. They do not replace the printer's proof, shop requirements, material review, color approval, or final production sign-off.

Some features may require an account, paid plan, or credit balance. Credits are used for operations that have real processing cost, such as AI-assisted repair, upscale, vectorization, or generative bleed when those features are available.

Credit grants, expiration, rollover, one-off packs, and plan limits should match the pricing page and billing records. The final legal version should define refund rules, subscription cancellation, failed-payment handling, and any trial limitations.

Payments are processed through Stripe or another listed payment processor. Prices, plan names, credits, storage windows, and feature gates should be shown before purchase. Taxes, currency handling, chargebacks, refunds, and invoices may depend on the payment processor and the final legal entity.

Do not treat a checkout, quote, or report as a promise that a specific print shop will accept a file. The paid service prepares and reports on files; the printer controls its own production rules.

Prepared files and uploaded source files may be stored for the retention window tied to your plan or purchase. Files can become unavailable after expiration, account closure, payment failure, deletion, or abuse investigation.

You are responsible for downloading and keeping copies of files you need. The service should not be the only archive for critical customer artwork, brand assets, or production files.

Do not use the service to upload unlawful content, malware, stolen artwork, content that violates another party's rights, or files intended to abuse, disrupt, probe, or overload the service.

Do not attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, credit charges, storage limits, download protections, provider restrictions, or security controls.

The service may change, pause, fail, or depend on third-party infrastructure such as hosting, storage, payment processing, email, authentication, and file-processing providers. Some operations may be delayed, unavailable, or degraded.

The owner-review version should define support commitments, uptime expectations, and any plan-specific service levels before public launch.
