By using AI Print Ready Files, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for a business or another person, you confirm that you have authority to act for them.

You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in details, and notify us if you believe your account or a private sharing link has been compromised.

You keep ownership of your artwork. You give us the limited permission needed to upload, scan, process, prepare, store, preview, share, and deliver files as part of the features you choose.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to process and print every file you submit. Do not upload unlawful content, malware, stolen artwork, or material that violates another party's rights.

The service is designed to identify common print risks and help prepare files. It cannot guarantee that every printer, material, press, cutter, marketplace, or finishing workflow will accept or reproduce a file exactly as expected.

Preflight reports, effective DPI, bleed, color guidance, vector suitability, crop marks, proofs, and exports are production aids. Your printer's specifications and final proof approval control the job.

Prices, included credits, limits, and renewal terms are shown on the pricing, checkout, or billing screens. Stripe processes payments and may apply taxes or currency handling based on the transaction.

Subscriptions can be managed through the billing tools provided in your account. A failed or canceled payment may limit paid features. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us with the account email and transaction details so we can review it.

File availability and retention depend on the product or plan displayed in your account or at purchase. A file may become unavailable after expiration, deletion, account closure, payment failure, or an abuse investigation.

You are responsible for downloading and keeping copies of files you need. AI Print Ready Files is a preparation workflow, not the only archive for critical customer or production assets.

You are responsible for choosing who receives token-based intake, proof, vendor, or file-sharing links. Anyone with a valid link may be able to access the associated workflow.

Proof approvals record a workflow decision, but they do not transfer ownership rights or replace the production checks required by the printer.

Do not probe, disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the service. Do not bypass authentication, rate limits, credit charges, storage limits, download protections, provider restrictions, or security controls.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, the service, or the integrity of billing and file processing.

The service depends on third-party infrastructure and may occasionally be delayed, unavailable, or changed. We may update features, limits, providers, and these terms as the product evolves.

Material changes to these terms will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to future use.
